Easy so far

I was 14stone 3 when I weighed myself this week which I think is the lightest I have been since school.  I am actually amazed at how easy it has been (I don’t think this can last much longer).

Cutting out the snacks

In my quest to loose 2 stone I have begun just by cutting out the snacks in my diet. 
Any morning snack is now a pack of raisens and crisps are now a no go for lunch.  The evening tea and biscuits has also gone.
