Intensity Training!
Jan 16th, 2010 | By Kev | Category: Kev's TrainingJust done the first session of Steady Effort Power Intervals (SEPI) from the Time Crunched cyclist and was absolutely wiped.
There are 2 sets of intervals with 3 x 2 minute reps at the highest power value you can hold for the period of time. My legs finally gave up on the very last interval with 40secs to go. There was no gradual slowing down just a complete power loss.
